Support Services

We recognize that treatment of an individual is often a team effort. When a case is referred to us, or likewise referred by us, we view teamwork as important and central.

Cooperating with various professionals in the care of individual patients and families can provide needed support, structure, accountability and consistency of treatment. Likewise, networking with various professionals related to a specific case can significantly broaden the information and insight related to an individual’s treatment, thereby enhancing clinical outcomes and more effectively moving the patient toward their personal goals. The reality of most professionals is that their schedule is frequently pressing, leaving little time to provide ample and sufficient follow-through on each case. Realizing the dilemma of the hurried and frequently burdened professional, upon receipt of a signed release of information form from patients, we strive to make ourselves as accessible as possible to the other professionals associated with the case. This includes flexibility in setting appointments with various professionals, making ourselves available by telephone, and communicating via secured fax. Additionally, we provide written summaries that provide a condensed overview of diagnosis, goals, course of treatment and recommendations that professionals associated with a given case can effectively utilize in follow-up with the patient.

Finally, we also recognize the unique needs and stresses experienced by various professionals. It is our commitment to provide counseling, consulting, and coaching services that meet the needs of the local professional both personally and professionally. It is our intent to not only provide services to those that you serve, but to make ourselves available to you and your team as well.

Inspirational Quotes

The purpose of my purpose is not to destroy my purpose before I discover it, although destruction of this sort seems to be a widely held purpose.
