The solution is not the elimination of fear, although our instinct frequently tells us that elimination of them is the obvious course of action. Rather, it is the effective management of fear. One vitally critical way that we do that is by understanding that groom our fearsto become monsters that they in reality are not. Far too often we feed our fears to gargantuan proportions, leaving us wrestling with something that is wildly bigger than what it really is. In dealing with our fears, it is critical that we see our fear for what it is, not what we’ve created it to be.
